100th POST!

So this is my hundredth post people! I started my wee old blog back in July 2010 and it has definately been a bit of a slow start for my blog, which I would love to change in 2012, and it has already started with the bunch of new followers I have gotten. So to all of you following me, thank you thank you!

Dip Dye

So I've been debating with this idea to dye my hair for definately over a year now, but I have finally worked up the courage to dye my hair, I have never done it before so it shall be an interesting experience! I'm going to have it done like in the picture above so that way the tips of my hair will be light enough for me to dye it any random colour that I can keep changing whenever!
The below pictures are just some of my inspiration and colours that I want to try out on my hair!

Polyvore: Burgundy

I am currently suffering through a heatwave here in Australia so I'm spending my days inside with the comfort of air conditioning! I spent a couple of minutes on polyvore this morning looking at how I can style a pair of burgundy jeans since I'm planning on purchasing a pair soon even though it's no where close to being winter yet!

Online Finds

I'm pretty sure tonnes of people have seen this image, but this is the freaking awesome Skeleton Bracelet/Ring thing by Delfina Delettrez. I would've immediately purchased this amazing piece if I had, oh say, $20,000 just spilling out of my wallet. Unfortunately being a checkout chick does not allow me to make such a revenue so I went searching for something similar...

until I found THIS badboy on Hot Topic. I thought, SWEET, it was $15 with an extra 50% off that. Alas it was too good to be true as it has sold out. I've then looked on ebay if anyone was selling these which someone was but had pushed up the price to $50 each...I think not. So I am still on the look out for one of these wicked bracelet/ring things!!!!

I've been checking out ASOS lately and I've found these really cool Silver Cuffs and these Talon Rings. I thought the rings were just really cool, but perhaps not the most practical, and I've been looking forever for cuffs like these but I don't know if it's worth ordering them online when I can probably find something local. If only I lived in the US where they have all the best stores haha.

Last night I made a facebook page for my blog, it literally took me an hour of going through different HTML crap, youtube tutorials and whatnot to be able to put a like box on my page! I'm not the most tech savvy....

So you guys can now like me on Facebook to be able to keep up with blog posts and any cool pictures I find during one of my many hours of surfing the net!

Advice Needed: Nail Art

Hey everyone, I need a bit of advice, particularly those who have had a manicure before.

I've bitten my nails ever since I was a little kid, awful habit I know, and I am finally getting over it. Unfortunately my nails have become different shapes over the years, with some sides of the nail instead of growing straight, grow on an angle outwards, and with the tops of the nail being alternately straight across or curved. So my questions is that if I start going getting like a manicure, and get my nails shaped, can they, and will they all end up being the same shape?

I really want to start doing some creative stuff with my nails like above so if any of you can help with answering my question it will be much appreciated!

Details of Monday

Make Up Party

Today I went to a friends house where she had a woman from a make up company called Nutrimetics who demonstrated how to make "Killer Eyes". It was really interesting and I learned a lot of stuff, which is awesome because when it comes to make up I know hardly anything, all my knowledge comes from YouTube tutorials.

I believe I swore when I saw this and the price on the Sportsgirl website. Now I know $29.95 may not be a lot of money for some people but for one bracelet for me its a lot. I'm just going to have to wait for a sale, or if any of you know where I can get a cheap silver cuff from please let me know!
